How do I cancel a Citizen subscription?

Users can manage or cancel their Citizen subscription by following these steps:

If You Subscribed via the App Store (iOS)

• Open the Apple Settings application.
• Tap on your Apple ID.
• Tap Subscriptions. You will see a list of your Active subscriptions.
• Find Citizen and click on it to cancel your subscription.

If You Subscribed via the App Store (Android)

• Open the Google Play Store.
• Confirm you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
• Tap Menu > Subscriptions.
• Select the subscription you want to cancel.
• Tap Cancel subscription.

If You Subscribed via the Website (Stripe)

• Open the Citizen app and tap your Profile icon in the top right corner of the Map tab.
• In your Profile, go to App Settings.
• Tap Manage Subscription.
• Enter the email address associated with your subscription. If it’s correct, you’ll receive an email with a link to your Customer Portal.
• In the Customer Portal, tap Cancel Subscription to stop your subscription from auto-renewing.
