If You Subscribed via the App Store (iOS or Android)
You can restore your subscription directly in the Citizen app if you purchased it through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Steps to restore:
- Open the Citizen app.
- Tap the Profile icon
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tap Restore Subscription.
Your device will verify your App Store subscription and reactivate your Citizen subscription benefits if your subscription is still active.
Note: Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase the subscription.
If You Subscribed via the Web (Stripe)
If you purchased a Citizen subscription through our website, your subscription is managed through Stripe. Steps to restore:
- Restore your Citizen subscription on your device here.
- Enter the email address associated with your Citizen account.
- Follow the instructions to sync their subscription access with the Citizen app on their device.
Note: After restoring or renewing your subscription, restarting the app can help refresh your account status.
