How do I redeem my free Citizen subscription through my employee benefit?

To redeem your free Citizen subscription:

• Visit citizen.com/partners and enter your work email and phone number.
• Download the Citizen app if you haven’t already.
• Sign in or create an account using your work email and phone number.
• Your subscription should be applied automatically.
• If you run into any issues, contact us at support@citizen.com for assistance.

Already have a Citizen account associated with your phone number? 
Update your email address to your work email so you can redeem your free subscription:

• Open the Citizen app on your mobile device.
• Navigate to your Profile.
• Tap your avatar at the top of the page to edit your personal information.
• Tap on your current email address.
• Enter your work email address, then tap Save.
• Once your email address is updated, follow the steps to redeem your free Citizen subscription.
