Citizen blocks videos for a few different reasons:
- It's unrelated to an incident
- It violates our Terms of Service
If a user repeatedly streams inappropriate or irrelevant content, they may be subject to a temporary suspension of broadcast abilities. Users who have their broadcasting abilities revoked will receive a warning from Citizen. Continued abuse may result in permanent banning from the app.

That totally blows. The only reason I use this app is for the comments. I could just look out the window if I wanted to see what criminals are doing.
