How do I broadcast?

When you are near an incident, the RECORD button will turn red if the incident has been updated within the past 20 minutes. Please remember to keep a safe distance and always remain aware of your surroundings. Citizen does not condone users putting themselves in harm’s way in order to record videos. User safety is our first priority.

We do not allow users to upload videos from their phones or computers at this time.
