Why wasn't my video published on Citizen?

Most likely, your broadcast was not long enough for our servers to receive and convert the footage into an acceptable format for uploading. Depending on your device's connection strength, this process currently takes between 15 and 30 seconds. We plan on improving this connection speed in future versions of the app. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience!

If your video was long enough to successfully upload, it is likely that your video was blocked by our moderation systems. Broadcasts can be blocked for the following reasons:

• The footage is unrelated to an incident
• The footage violates our Terms of Service
