Setting Up Notifications

Browser Notifications

• Enable notifications directly in your browser by clicking Enable Notifications.
• If notifications are disabled, a warning banner will appear.

Mobile Notifications

Notifications can be enabled on your cell phone by adding Citizen Enterprise to your home screen.

• Log in to enterprise.citizen.com from your mobile browser
• On Safari, go to “•••” > Share > Add to Home Screen
• On Chrome, go to “⋮” > Add to Home Screen
• Open Citizen Enterprise from your home screen
• Go to Notifications > Enable Notifications and follow the prompts

Managing Alert Zone Notifications

• Go to Notifications > Alert Zones.
• Toggle switches to enable/disable notifications for specific zones.
• Click Save to apply changes.

Managing Category Notifications

• Go to Notifications > Categories.
• Toggle notification categories on/off:

• Animal
• Fire / EMS
• Missing Person
• Police
• Protest
• Traffic
• Weather

• Click Save.

Enabled Devices

• Shows browsers where notifications are enabled.
• Each device entry displays:

• Browser and OS details
• Last used timestamp

• Use Remove to stop notifications on a device.
