Viewing Incidents
- From the Home Screen, navigate to the Incidents tab to the left of the Map.
- A list of incidents will appear on the left-hand side, reflecting the filters selected and the location chosen on the Map.
- Each incident card displays:
- Title (e.g., Gas Odor, Person Assaulted)
- Location & Address
- Date & Time of report
- Description
- Updates count, number notified, and reactions
Map View
- On the right side, incidents are plotted on a map.
- Select your Alert Zone or Location to focus on incidents in a specific area.
Historical Incidents
Citizen Enterprise provides access to up to 5 years of historical incidents across your organization’s locations. When you log in, the map and list views show incidents from the last 24 hours by default.
To view older incidents:
- Click the Filters button at the top of the incident list.
- Under From Date & Time and To Date & Time, select your desired range.
- Apply the filter to refresh the incident list and map.
⚠️ Note:
- You can only view up to 7 days of incidents at a time on the map/list view.
- To look further back, repeat the process with different 7-day ranges.
- Incidents are available for review going back 5 years.
Quick Tip
- Use filters in the Incidents tab to narrow down results.
