You can create a Citizen account using your mobile phone number or by signing in with your Apple or Google ID.
⚠️ Important: If you're an existing Citizen user and choose to sign in with Apple or Google for the first time, you may accidentally create a new account instead of accessing your original one linked to your phone number.
To access your original Citizen account:

Select “Log In”

Enter the mobile phone number originally used to sign up

Enter the verification code sent via SMS
If you’ve created a new account by mistake:
You can either continue using the new account or return to your original one by logging in with your phone number. If you stay with the new account, you’ll need to choose a new username.
Restoring a Premium subscription:
If you had an active Citizen subscription on your original account, it won’t transfer automatically to the new one. To restore your subscription:

Open the Citizen app

Go to your Profile

Scroll to the bottom and tap “Restore Subscription”
