If you don’t receive the confirmation code within 60 seconds, please click Resend. You can also text START to 88691 (the short code number we text you from) and try again*. If you still don't receive the code, please reach out to our Support team for help!
Email Confirmation Code
If you are logging back into your Citizen account after 30 days or more of being signed out, we may also email you a pin number as another security step. Please open your email to retrieve the code (be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder) and enter the code in the Citizen app to continue. The email confirmation code expires after 30 minutes, so you may need to request a new confirmation code if it is not entered immediately.
