Our team works hard to provide consistent updates and conclusions for every incident reported in Citizen. Unfortunately, we do not receive resolutions for all incidents, which is why that information may occasionally be missing from the app.
We have found that when an incident is ongoing, regular updates are continuously provided through the channels we cover, which we reflect by updating the incident in the app. On the other hand, once an incident has been resolved, this conclusion is not always clearly communicated through our channels. Therefore, if you see an incident that is more than several hours old that lacks a recent update or conclusion, that incident is almost certainly resolved.
