Our team works hard to provide consistent updates and conclusions for every incident reported on Citizen. Unfortunately, we do not receive resolutions for all incidents, which is why that information may occasionally be missing from the app.
When an incident is ongoing, regular updates are continuously provided to us through the data feeds we monitor and we update the app accordingly. Once an incident has been resolved, the conclusion is not always made publicly available.
If you see an incident that is more than several hours old that lacks a recent update or conclusion, that incident is almost certainly resolved.
