Citizen blocks videos for a few different reasons:
- It's unrelated to an incident
- It violates our Terms of Service
- It has sensitive or explicit content
If a user repeatedly streams inappropriate or irrelevant content, they may be subject to a temporary suspension of broadcast abilities. Users who have their broadcasting abilities revoked will receive a warning from Citizen. Continued abuse may result in permanent banning from the app.
